Overview
In 2025, OCASA partnered with us to strengthen its International Courier operations by integrating Chinese e-commerce platforms into Latin American markets. Unlike a launch from scratch, the project focused on optimizing an already established courier unit — aligning operations, legal/financial frameworks, IT systems, and customer support for high-volume cross-border flows.
Through a structured consulting and training agenda, we worked with OCASA's leadership and teams to design standardized solutions across all key areas, ensuring operational scalability, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.
