Overview
In 2024-2025, we worked with OCA to simultaneously launch its new International Courier Business Unit and establish the integration of Chinese e-commerce platforms into Argentina. This dual initiative required not only the design of operational, legal, and IT frameworks for a new unit, but also the creation of the strategic and technical pathways for cross-border e-commerce.

🚀 First step of OCA in Cross-border eCommerce. We implemented customs clearance, last-mile distribution, and warehousing services for #TEMU. Today, this service, given the current context and regulations, also represents new opportunities for local and international companies to increase their sales and expand their business.
